Welfare consists of actions and procedures on the part of institutions which strive for the well-being of individuals in need. These efforts aim to improve the financial position of the needy by providing employment, providing skills for employment, subsidize food and eatables, improving physical health. Most of such help is provided by family members, relatives and local wealthy God fearing community. Owners of Pasban IT Group are God fearing and wealthy people, who have devoted their energies to the welfare of the less fortunate segment of society. They have many project to their credit.
